We have done many Fund Raising events since opening in January 2014. Please read on to see all we have done.
On the 22nd June 2014 we decided we wanted to give something back to the community and what better way than to support a local charity- Katy Holmes Trust.
It was such a fun atmosphere on the day, the staff dressed up (in the baking heat) as SpongeBob Square Pants, Mickey Mouse, Postman Pat & Shrek and also donated their wages. 16 local ladies donated their time to help wash vehicles for the day & team Katy were also on hand to wash a few vehicles. The Street Monkeys performed and we had Ian & Cath taking people for a ride on their Trikes. Hot food and ice cream were available as well as a cake stand, tombola, raffle, fete games, face painter and a penalty shootout. Not to mention our very own Des who kept everyone up to date throughout the day on his microphone.
A total of £1296.30 was raised on the day.

On the 10th August 2014 we took part in Matlidas Magical Day raising awareness for Battens Disease.
It was a very wet day, yet that didn’t stop people from either getting soaked taking part in Its a Knock Out or cheering on the teams competing in the contest. It was a fun atmosphere and Matlida was also there to enjoy the day in her honour.
Pristine Car Wash and Valeting Centre won the contest & we raised £200 in the process so we was very happy!!
On the 15th & 16th August 2015 we ran a summer event giving away 50% off valets and also fund raised for Batten Disease & Matlida Moffatt. We raised £236 in raffle tickets sales.
During October 2015 we took part in Paint Penwortham Pink in aid of Breast Cancer Now. Over 150 businesses throughout Penwortham paid £20 each to participate and each business raised money in there own way. We held a sweepstake, had cherry scented pink shampoo to wash vehicles, all the lads dressed in pink wigs, tu tu’s & bras and we gave £1 from each wash to the cause. We raised £162.53. In total the event raised over £12000 and every one enjoyed taking part as it was a great community spirit. However after we did our display which was a washing line containing 15 bras, 4 briefs & a Breast Cancer Now banner we had it stolen on the 16.10.15 at 2.24am. This images of the CCTV footage went viral and in turn raised the profile of Pristine Car Wash & Valeting & equally the Paint Penwortham Pink event. Of course we was very upset and angry but it didnt stop us taking part. So we re-purchased the display again and came back bigger & better. Some members of the public after hearing about our news donated bras to us which was amazing. We still don’t know the name of the thief who stole it. We also need to thank certain companies who helped us in there own way- Autosmart, Lustalux & City Beat Radio & Badger Alarms & CCTV.
