On the 22nd June 2014 we decided we wanted to give something back to the community and what better way than to support a local charity- Katy Holmes Trust.
It was such a fun atmosphere on the day, the staff dressed up (in the baking heat) as SpongeBob Square Pants, Mickey Mouse, Postman Pat & Shrek and also donated their wages. 16 local ladies donated their time to help wash vehicles for the day & team Katy were also on hand to wash a few vehicles. The Street Monkeys performed and we had Ian & Cath taking people for a ride on their Trikes. Hot food and ice cream were available as well as a cake stand, tombola, raffle, fete games, face painter and a penalty shootout. Not to mention our very own Des who kept everyone up to date throughout the day on his microphone.
A total of £1296.30 was raised on the day.
